What you get

Not a generic call.

A focused space that brings together your clinical background, your business goal, and the question you most need answered.

  1. 01

    Strategic clarity

Put your idea or roadblock into words and find the decision to make first.

  2. 02

    Clinical perspective

Talk through your goals with someone who knows advanced practice responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Practice preparation

Identify the questions, people and resources you need before you move forward.

  4. 04

    Structured next steps

Leave with an order for what to explore, decide and act on.

Strategy areas

Tailored to your state, your background, and your model.

Every session is shaped around your clinical background, business model, and career stage.

  1. 01

    State practice authority

Understand full versus restricted practice authority in your state, and which experts you need for a state-specific plan.

  2. 02

    Collaborative physician strategy

Plan the roles, questions and expectations of a collaborative relationship. Final documents should be reviewed by qualified counsel.

  3. 03

    Cash-pay clinic setup

Explore models such as obesity management, IV therapy or NEMT, and what to validate before you launch.

  4. 04

    Clinic operations and EMR

Patient intake, workflow, choosing an EMR, and the systems that create a consistent patient experience.

Make the time count

Bring the question that has kept you stuck.

You do not need a polished plan first. Sessions work well when you are:

  • Choosing between several business, practice or career paths
  • Clarifying the next action before you spend on a launch or new service
  • Putting the tasks already on your list in the right order
  • Connecting your clinical strengths to a sustainable professional vision

How it works

Three simple steps. No long sales funnel.

  1. Step 1

    Start the conversation

Send Dr. Buchi a short message with your goal, idea or decision, so she can confirm the session is the right fit.

  2. Step 2

    Focus the session

Come ready to share your context and the key questions you want to work through.

  3. Step 3

    Leave with direction

Walk away with clarity, better questions, and an action path you can follow.

Prefer to learn at your own pace first? The business courses cover the foundations.

Questions

Common questions

Can an NP start a business in a restricted-practice state?
Possibly. Structure, authority and physician relationships vary by state and by service. A session can help you build a state-specific roadmap and a list of questions for your board, attorney and accountant. It is not legal or licensing advice.
Which NP fields are strong cash-pay opportunities?
No field is the best choice for everyone. It depends on your expertise, state rules, local demand, pricing and costs. Weight management, telehealth, aesthetics, IV therapy and NEMT are common examples.
What can we cover in a session?
State practice planning, collaborative physician strategy, cash-pay service design, practice setup, workflow, EMR questions and operational priorities. Each session is tailored to you.
What is the difference between the courses and consulting?
The courses are self-paced foundational education. Consulting is a private, paid session built around your situation. Request a session to receive current availability and pricing.
